i am a Google AdSense member. Google is sending me CitiBank Checks monthly.

didn't cash my check, and the have bad attitude.
There's over 10 thousand member in Turkey like me.
The other banks cashs the checks in 15 days. We have notify Google about this.
Why Citibank in Turkey doesn't cash our checks,
