Can you give us your word on supporting us about the below mentioned issues if you recieve this ticket from 300 hundred players ? And please note that if you recieve 300 tickets, the top players are displeased with the current situation of the game. To achieve us enjoy the game again you should solve the below mentioned issues. 1 - With a program named Heaven Fire, 80 level archers use serial 80 level archer skill which makes player versus player game mode impossible. As a matter of course we are unadvantageous against them. They rule everywhere in the server, we are not able to party in ronarkland. They gain items and coins easily so they are also ruling the market. 2 - Before we were entering to the Bifrost to loot fragments and to make money. It was a good and profitable way to enjoy the game. Nowadays it is also impossible because of the players who use Heaven Fire. 3 - And because of the same reason, wars are imbalanced and unamusing. Also Delos Castle is under the control of the clans who have kosper members. 4 - You can notice everykind of wrongfulness in everywhere. 5 - After every patch kosp users have adventage on the newly added events. For example they are the only killer of the mobs that spawn after the demolition of the Chaos Tree in Ronark Land. And they are getting more powerful day by day with the drops of these bosses. Please consider that there is no difference between players who worked hard for years to reach current situation and the Heaven Fire users. It is really easy for them to reach the maximum level and gain the items. There is a rumor that you are earning money through Heaven Fire. If it is correct please unable serial 80 skill. Our kind request from you to correct these issues. And you also need to increase the number of online GMs who can take action against these illegal tool users. GMs can communicate with the kings of both nation to obtain information about the existing situation. In case the usage of the Heaven Fire is not prevented, we wont have any other expedience except of quiting the game.
