Hatayi cozdum. Yazıyım boyle hata alanlar. Belgelerim girin orda Rockstar Games, oradan GTA V Launcer acın. Benim gibi 0x0000007b hatayıysa Windows girin oradan system32'ye girin sonra d3dxle başlayan tum dll sildim.
Download DirectX End-User Runtime Web bunu indirdim sildiğim d3dx dll yeniden kurdu ve oyuna girdim.
