Hesabıma girdiğimde kredi karı bilgisinin hemen altında -35$ negative balance gorunuyor. Restore negative balance tıkladığımda ise servis gecici olarak hizmet veremiyor diyor. Yaklaşık 1 haftadır boyle.
2 Gun once mail attım paypala. Birileri nasıl hesabımdan 35 dolar cekebilir kapatın hesabımı şeklinde.Gelen cevap ise şu şekilde oldu;

Kısaca ben bu durumdan hicbirşey anlamadım paypaldan cok iyi anladığım soylenemez lakin yapmam gereken nedir? Hesabı kapatmak icin negative balanceden cıkmam gerekiyor bunun icinde 35 dolar benden cıkacak yine. Ama sistem hata verdiğinden onuda yapamıyorum.
