Dear Custommer Support,

I want to link my character with character seal scroll and i have changed my nation recently so i have Nation Change Receipt scroll(not tradeble) in my inventory.
I can not deleted Nation Change Receipt Scroll or i can not put it on my inventory
Because of this problems i could not link my character with character seal scroll

Please delete Nation Change Receipt Scroll from my inventory.
