I looked up your account information and it shows that we sent you a payment successfully on 11/26/2013. Since then we have been trying to pay you, but your payments are being denied by Paypal. Unfortunately, we cannot contact Paypal regarding your account and why your payment are being denied, but I would recommend that you try contacting Paypal to see if they can fix your account. If you can get them to re-open your account for us, then we can send you your payments in our next bill cycle in 2 weeks.

Kısacası paypal odemeyi reddediyormuş, yoksa paramı daha once yollamayı denemişler ama paypal reddetmiş. Sorunu cozmem icin paypalla goruşmem gerekiyormuş. Sorunu halletiğimde 2 hafta icinde odeme yapacaklarmış bana.
