Thanks for your note. We understand you are concerned.

Let us clarify the situation. We kept all our promises so far. We are going to stay this way in the future. If we made a decision to stop paying suspended and/or blocked channels, we would announce it officially and inform all our partners via dashboard. We keep paying suspended and blocked channels.

We have faced a case when our performance report figures differ from the payment we have received from Google the very first time. We are concerned as well. We have informed Google team about the problem and looking forward to having their response. This situation involves not all of the channels but relatively small part of QuizGroup network. To our engineers opinion it's a technical bug. Once again, we are doing our best to resolve the problem and planning to return to you with a solution soon. Due to the holidays it may take some time. After 5 Jan 2015 the most engineers will return to the office and start working over the solution.
