ABD'li Technical Death Metal grubu Nile'ın vokalisti Karl Sanders, solo projesi icin The End Records ile anlaştı. Sanders, 14 Nisan'da "Saurian Exorcisms" isimli solo albumunu cıkaracak. Album, Serpent Headed Studios'da kaydedildi. Sanders, bu albumde bağlama da caldı.

Album hakkında verdiği bir roportajda Sanders, bağlamayı Orhan Gencebay gibi calmanın pek mumkun olmadığını, bu sebepten sadece eğlenmeye calıştığını, ve icinden geldiği gibi caldığını belirtti.
